I've worked with Jim Zeigler for years and he's a dream come true!  Not only can he pull the exact picture you have in your head out and put it on paper, but then he exceeds your expectations with the final project! I finally hired him to do our staircase in our new home after having him do so many exceptional pieces for other clients....that now I'm convinced I have the best piece he's done thus far!.
